The Stratellite will perform the duty of thousands of soldiers, collecting data
and effectively allocating precious resources to the proper areas.

With shrinking enrollment into the military and our forces stretched thin, the
Stratellite is the clear answer to the problem.

The environment is ripe for a dynamic marketing strategy that will directly
target Senator's and Congressmen to inform them about Sanswire 2!

Phase One: MILITARY  (SANSWIRE 2)
What will be the best medium to promote our Stratellite?
The Military General’s themselves!

1. Gen. Michael V. Hayden
2. Admiral Timothy J. Keating
3. General Lance W. Lord
4. General John P. Jumper
4. Maj. Gen. John A. "Andy" Love
5. Lt. Gen. Ronald T. Kadish
6. (RETIRED) LIEUTENANT GENERAL PAUL K. VAN RIPER, USMC

The most compelling factor the Stratellite will offer the military is better
control of friendly fire incidents.  As the U.S. Military designs more deadly
weapon systems, the friendly fire incidents has increased dramatically over
the years.  In World War II and Korea, friendly fire accounted for 19.5
percent of casualties.  In Vietnam and the first Gulf War the percentage
increased to 44 percent of casualties.  High levels in congress want to
change these statistics immediately.

The following CBS News video helps explain why better communication is
needed among the military branches.
(CBS VIDEO)  March 23, 2003

With the proper sensors fixed to the Stratellite, ground soldiers and aircraft
could be able to see their own location while spotting where the enemy
and friendly forces are located in the region.

Phase Two: POLITICAL  (SANSWIRE 2)
Senator Rick Renzi of Arizona would be an excellent contact to help
sponsor a bill to promote Stratellites above U.S. Borders.

Paul McHale the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense
would be a solid voice to Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

Phase Three: POLITICAL & COMMERCIAL  (SANSWIRE 3)
The following are just some areas to market the Stratellite.
Cities around the world

1.  Insurance companies (agents and claims people)

2.  Real Estate companies and Organizations
(Realtors)

3.  State and Local Police (Improved high bandwidth for national database)

4.  Power Utility Companies (real-time wireless meter reading - Improving
accounts receivable)

5.  Schools (Students would be connected at school and home) possible
deal with DELL computer and state government to give lap tops to high
school and college students.

6.  The Microsoft Corporation could design more powerful software and
hardware.

7.  Home and Business Security Companies (ADT)

8.  Improve the Amber Alert System

9.  To Improve signal strength of city radio stations across every state or
providence.  With new strict guidelines on radio stations to switch to digital
technology, the stratellite will assist in making the transition much easier.

10.  Lobby State Representatives to pay some of the costs

11.  Help State DNR Track Wildlife, and Monitor the Environment

12.  Help Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Monitor Hazardous Waste,
and Real-Time Amounts of Stack Emissions

13.  Market Park Rangers to Monitor Hikers in State and Federal Parks

14.  Market the State of California to Pro-actively Monitor and Attack
Infamous Wild Fires

15.  Tracking and Monitoring Livestock
(With infectious diseases such mad cow and bird flu increasing around the
world, tracking and monitoring livestock will prove effective in controlling the
problem, while giving ranchers real-time information on their valuable
assets.  Possible interested companies could be EMRG, DOC, or ADSX)

16.  Billboards will become digital and wireless
(Cities could generate revenue by having wireless advertising at red light
intersections.  Homeland security, FBI, and State Police could send
emergency messages and identity of criminals with vehicle descriptions.)

17.  Market customers to depend on the Stratellite for services by promoting
office buildings and homes to be built in the mountains and countryside.
Small towns in the country would become highly competitive with large cities.

18.  Astronomers and astronomy classes could have more abilities to
monitor and study the stars!

19.  Police Detecting Stolen Vehicles (Secretary of State Offices)
Electronic Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Vehicle Licence and RFID
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) should match.  Police would be able to
verify these numbers without making a traffic stop.

20.  Design a Spanish, and Arabic Internet with more Video and Interaction.
Outsource this task to a company such as America Online.
(GlobeTel Online - or- Spanish Online)

21.  Develop a Voice Over Internet Protocol Service to compete with the cell
phone companies.
(GlobeTel has already implemented this service)

22.   Market a Video on Demand Over Internet Service to compete with
Satellite and cable companies.  The service would allow a user to access
previous television shows.  This would build stronger viewership in certain
television shows.  Also, live shows such as the World Cup and the Superbowl
could be watched on multiple cameras from many different angles.  The
Stratellite will bring new capabilities, and stronger competition to the
television audience.

23.   Market to the
Echelon Corporation (ELON) to Enhance Their
Services.  When the New York City public transportation system closed down
on December 20th, it forced New Yorker's to find other alternatives.
However, with an alliance with Sanswire and the
Echelon Corporation
subways could still be in use.

24.   Market to Television Networks to Produce More Interactive Television
Shows

25.   Market to Governments for Tsunami Detection and Alerting Public

26.   Market Many Companies Research and Development Teams

27.   Market the Science Community and Universities to Enhance Research

28.   Market Local and County Governments

29.   Market the Hospitality Industry
(Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Ships, Amusement Parks, Golf Courses, Amtrak,
Airlines, Subways, Bus Lines, Beaches, Boats, RV's, etc.)

30.   Market the Coast Guard to Help Track Ships, Safeguard Waterways
and Ports
